Industrial Sectional Door
Industrial Sectional Doors or Overhead Doors are designed for industrial use. They are constructed from robust materials and comply with EN 13241 industrial standards. Available in both manual and automatic configurations, they provide reliable protection against external weather elements and shield industrial plants from outside dust. Moreover, they play a vital role in regulating internal temperatures while ensuring utmost safety in operation.
Features
Panels : Foamed polyurethane core. Foamed polyurethane core, which is an advanced, high-quality insulating material. The 40 mm thick panels are suit-able for use in any weather conditions. sandwich panels are available in pure white RAL9010 colours and 7 option-ons, with stucco surface textures.
Window frame colour : available 635x330 mm. The windows fit snugly into the door leaf to prevent frost penetration and heat loss.
Spring : Spring mechanism designed for 25,000 open/close cycles
Sealing : External sealing gives the tightest fit between the door leaf and the seal. The air chamber formed between the seals provides maximum air tightness, which prevents cold air from entering the premises.
Safety : The spring safety device disables the shaft and prevents the sectional door leaf from falling
The cable brake protection device with protective housing is mounted on the leaf as a bottom bracket. It stops the door leaf from falling by fixing itself to the track in the event of a cable failure
