GLAXTIC® Max

GLAXTIC® Max is designed to be long-lasting. The most important advantage is the elastic railing system which protects the door from impacts. When impacted, the door can roll back into the railing automatically (patented by Mavil). With all safety features from 3 points sensor system, working lights indicating system, and emergency opening for power cuts, all are included in the standard set, as well as a motor that is designed especially for industrial use and can open and close for unlimited times per day with no overheating problem.

Specification

Frame:

Made of stainless steel and coated with epoxy.
 
Curtain:

Made of polyethene, coated with PVC on both sides. They are tear-resistant, with a tear strength of 650g (25daN), UV resistant, and have high wind resistance of up to 146 kilometres per hour. Transparent PVC egg-shaped panels can be chosen for visibility.

 
Servo motor precision control:

IP54 gear brake motor, 2-speed motor, 0.75 – 4.0 kW. Opening speed of 1 meter per second, closing speed of 0.5 meters per second. 380 V 3ph

Control box: IP55 box or ABS IP65 box.
 

Safety features:

• Sensors for preventing collisions between doors at 2 points.
• Flashing light system while the door is operating.
• Manual release for opening the door when the power is out.

The maximum dimension of the door cannot exceed a width of 10,000 mm x height of 8,000 mm.
